How to Deal with Challenging People
Summary:The course will help participants identify what makes someone challenging for them to deal with effectively.
Description:
The challenging person in their lives might be a patient, family member, co-worker, supervisor or customer.  Participants will learn tools to both cope with and communicate with those individuals that they perceive as “challenging”.  Knowing what tools to use and how to cope will result in better "customer" service and a decrease in their own stress level.
