CHARTS, POSTERS, GRAPHICS, ILLUSTRATIONS (Medical, Technical and Humorous)
Hourly Rate: $80 / hour
Note: Some projects are billed on a per project basis. Please ask for a free estimate for your particular job.
SLIDES
Prepare PowerPoint slides from handwritten text:
5 lines or less: $5.50 ea. (or $80 / hr)
>5 lines: $8 min. ea.
Prepare slides from supplied text file: $4.50 ea.(or $80 / hr.)
Normal service: about 48 hrs.;
<24 hrs. - RUSH CHARGE may be added
Prepare and shoot charts, tables, etc. - $80 / hr.
Shoot slides from flat art/books/etc - $6 ea.
Normal service: 2-5 business days; rush service available

PHOTOGRAPHY
Portrait with Flash (without background set up): $90 / hour
Normal Shooting, with or without Flash (on Cooper Camden Campus): $90 / hour; off-site: $120/hr + $80/hr travel
Shooting with Studio Lighting (Cooper Campus): $120 / hour; off-site: $150 / hr + $80 / hr travel time
Portrait Setup with blue or natural olive background (Cooper Campus): $130 / hour; off-site: $160 / hr. + $80 / hr. travel time.
Operating room photography w/ one flash: (Cooper Campus): $125 / hr; off-site: $175 / hr. + $80 / hr travel time
(for studio lighting in the OR, add $45 / hr.)
Photo Editing: $90 / hour
Use fees for original photograph from archives: $60 minimum
VIDEO*
Standard Shooting (w/ 3-point lighting if needed) on Cooper Camden campus: $115 / hour; off-site: $155 / hr
Lecture Shooting - $105 / hour; off-site: $145 / hour
(spotlight rental may be required at an additional fee--please inquire)
Operating Room Shooting (without added lighting): $155/hr; off-site: $185 / hr + $80 / hr. travel; with added lighting: add $45 / hr.
Travel Time - $80 / hour
Editing / Title Generation - $115 / hour
Mini-DV Tape - $12
Conversion of video files for use with PowerPoint available; inquire about pricing.
*includes 3-chip digital video camera, 3-point lighting setup (where specified) and 1 lavaliere or shotgun mike. Special equipment needs are available at additional cost.
VIDEO DUPLICATING
VHS: Up to 1 Hour - $20.00 (includes tape) / 2nd and 3rd Hours - $15.00 each
Mini-DV: $20 / hour plus cost of tape
Tape Transfer to DVD: $70 / hour plus $25 for disc, burn and finalizing
Bulk duplicating service available. Inquire about prices.
Policies
ESTIMATES
The customer is supplied with a written estimate for each project.
QUALITY
In an effort to provide the highest quality service and output, the customer is encouraged to carefully proofread all preliminary printouts or sketches for errors and eliminations. Note that color proofs do not indicate exact color of final prints. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the result of your order, please return it within 48 hours. We will be happy to remake your order at no charge if we, or the lab, were at fault.
CHANGES
Alterations to graphic art made at the request of the client are billable at $70 per hour.
RUSH SERVICES
Your short deadlines are accommodated whenever possible. Occasionally rush charges are incurred when trying to meet your deadline. Rush fees, if necessary, will be discussed with you before proceeding with your project.
