Complimentary Guest Wireless Internet Service

Cooper University Hospital has partnered with AT&T Wi-Fi Services (formerly Wayport) to provide for complimentary Guest Wireless Internet Service to all patients, guests, and visitors.

The guest wireless service is provided free of charge, and coverage extends to all patient rooms and common areas within the hospital campus as well as a number of our outpatient facilities.

Wi-Fi Internet Access

• Turn you Wi-Fi enabled computer on and launch your Web browser.
• You should see a Wayport Welcome Page. Select a connection option.
• You are connected! Now launch your browser, email or other Web software.

Connection Tips:

If the Wayport Welcome Page does not appear when you launch your browser:

• Wireless users may need to configure the SSID or Network Name to “Wayport_Access.”
• Disable any VPN, proxy or firewall software that may be running.
• Go to a public Web site that you do not normally visit.
