Pre-admission testing can be done at Three Cooper Plaza IF your insurance allows. Contact your primary care doctor to find out if your insurance will allow it and be sure to get the proper referrals if required. Call 856-342-2709 (Drs. Matthews and Behnam) 856-342-3489 (Dr. Fahey) or 856-342-3300 x3717 or x5095 (main hospital) to schedule testing.

The hospital will call the day before your surgery after 4:00 pm to give you your arrival time. If you are not available at that time call 856-342-2114 after 4:00 pm the day before to obtain your arrival time.

On the day of surgery, you will report to Same Day Surgery, Room # 510 on the 5th floor of the hospital.

The day before your surgery the center will call you after 2:30 pm with your arrival time. If you are not available at that time call 856-325-6505 between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. the day before to obtain your arrival time.

The day before your surgery, you must call 856-722-7000 between 2:00 and 4:00pm to obtain your arrival time.
IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR PREADMISSION TESTS COMPLETED 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SURGERY DATE. THIS WILL ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR ANY NECESSARY CLEARANCES SO YOUR SURGERY WILL NOT BE DELAYED OR CANCELED.
