High blood pressure, also called hypertension, is a serious condition that can lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure and other health problems. (MORE)

If you're a woman over 40 and you can't remember the last time you had a mammogram, you may be overdue. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) estimates that one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some time in their lives.
