Special Interests: I am interested in Pediatrics, Critical Care and Sports Medicine to name a few. There are so many projects and opportunities here that I have some time to figure it out.
Hobbies: I am a huge sports fan (Baltimore Ravens, Maryland basketball, college football) and also like playing basketball and tennis, going to concerts, working (or more like not working) on my house in Philadelphia, going to the gym and reading a book or two.
Career goals: The short answer is it is too early to know. I think I would like to work in a community hospital with some opportunities to teach residents/students. |

Special Interests: Right now I'm interested in Academic EM, Peds, Crit Care, maybe some U/S. Everything is pretty interesting in the first year. There's a bit of everything going on here as well - good exposure to multiple areas of EM and the opportunity to explore your interests.
Hobbies: Spending time with my partner and my daughter (although it seems wrong to list them as a hobby...) NL East Baseball - esp the Mets. The three R's - reading, rowing and rugby. Traveling when possible. Exploring fine beer wherever it is brewed.
Career goals: Not quite sure where I want to end up yet. Definitely someplace involving resident/student training, but not sure I want to go hard-core academic. |
