Summary:This workshop will be beneficial to those uncomfortable with confrontation and those who sit on the sidelines watching conflict happen around them.
Description:
The workshop will teach ways to recognize, understand and cope with conflict, while giving each participant many tools for resolving conflict and managing confrontation.  Confrontation can be a positive event.  Don’t think so, come join me to find out how.
