Summary:This workshop covers all the information you need to know to function as a preceptor: roles, adult learning principles, communication, and how to resolve issues.
Description:
The orientation program and tools utilized throughout the orientation process are discussed. Preceptor scenarios guide discussion regarding some of the pitfalls of orienting new staff, close this program.
