Childbirth Prep Class (One-Day / Camden)
Summary:This one-day class is designed for couples unable to attend the more traditional two-week childbirth preparation series.
Description:Your knowledge and confidence will grow through this one-day course designed to prepare you and your partner for the birth of your baby. Topics include labor, birth (vaginal & cesarean), anesthesia, the newborn and postpartum. Techniques to prepare you for the labor include relaxation, patterned breathing, massage and exercise.

This one-day class is designed for couples unable to attend the more traditional four-week childbirth preparation series. Parking and lunch are provided.

Classes consist of one, six-hour session and are taught by registered nurses, certified in childbirth instruction, and are recommended for mothers in their last trimester of pregnancy.
