Description:
This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses BOSU Balance Trainers, weighted balls, sticks and your own body resistance to build lean muscles while improving endurance, coordination, posture, and body awareness.  Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, including sneakers.
 
Classes will be held two times per week for six weeks. 
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Session I:  January 18, 2010
Session II: March 1, 2010
 
Fee: $130 for new students (fee includes mandatory, one-time $10 supply fee for weighted hand ball); $120 for retuning students.
