Healthy Weigh: Four-Week Weight Management Program

If the six-week version of "The Healthy Weigh" doesn't fit into your schedule, try this four-week series on Saturday mornings in Cherry Hil. Our weight management specialist, Angela Shaw, DTR, will help to identify and successfully take the steps you personally need to lose weight. You will gradually relinquish your old unhealthy food habits and substitute enjoyable new food choices to achieve and maintain your optimal weight. We provide you with nutritional education, a flexible meal plan, and the gentle support required to reach your goal the healthy way.

Whether your goals are to:

  • Lose weight
  • Eat foods that will lower your cholesterol and/or blood pressure, reduce your risks of heart disease, cancer and diabetes
  • Prepare delicious nutritious meals and snacks for yourself and your family in a quick way
  • Learn how to follow a meal plan designed just for you!
