Ms. Hurley joined Cooper University Health Care in 2019 with more than 30 years' health care experience. In her role, she has responsibility for the daily management and coordination of the Department of Surgery and Surgical Services operations, as well as the development and implementation of the mission, long range strategic plans, goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Cooper, Ms. Hurley was the associate vice president for Perioperative, and Women and Children Services at Temple Healthcare. Previously, Ms. Hurley served in numerous leadership positions in Perioperative Services at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  

Ms. Hurley obtained her baccalaureate degree in nursing from Villanova University and a master's in strategic and operational leadership from Neumann University. She maintains certification as a perioperative registered nurse.
