Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern approach to health care that gives you access to high-quality, comprehensive services from a physician for a low, flat monthly fee. There are no insurance barriers –just you and your doctors.

Membership is $150 per month.
Payment is made securely by credit card. You can choose to pay month-to-month or for a full year. Your card information will be charged automatically based on your selected payment frequency.
No. The monthly fee remains the same whether you pay monthly or annually.
No. According to IRS regulations, DPC is typically considered a type of insurance payment and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement through a health FSA.
No. Membership is billed in full for the month in which you join and then for subsequent months.
Yes. You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ written notice.
Yes. If you’ve prepaid, your credit card will be refunded for any unused portion of your membership, provided we receive your 30-day written cancellation notice.
No. Cooper Direct Primary Care memberships are exclusive to our program and are not transferable from other practices.
Direct Primary Care is not an insurance plan. You will still need to maintain medical insurance to cover services not included in your DPC membership.
