Dr. Ross is a wonderful medical professional and person. She always treats me with respect, patience, and kindness. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard, comfortable, respected, and validated. She shows concern for my physical and emotional health. I wish more providers were like her.

Dr Ross listened carefully and tentatively to what I had to say regarding my concerns. She showed not only sympathy but empathy for my situation. She assessed what was needed for my health needs and was able to provide me with a great outcome that provided me with a good piece of mind. I am forever grateful.

This was my first time seeing this doctor however, I have been with this facility for over 30 years, U was vert nervous because my regular doctor Siefring was no longer providing that service. I was very pleased with Dr. Ross and I immediately recommended her to my daughter and my friend. She was amazing.

Every part of the team was very nice and helpful. From the receptionist, medical assistant to the doctor. Dr. Ross takes her time to listen to your thoughts and concerns and makes sure she helps you to her best ability.
