If you or a family member has flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please do the following:
- Send a message to your provider through MyCooper, and we will contact you to assess your symptoms to make sure you are provided the appropriate level of medical care
- If you have severe shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, go to the Emergency Department and immediately tell the person at the front desk your symptoms
