- Send a message to your provider through MyCooper, and we will contact you to assess your symptoms to make sure you are provided the appropriate level of medical care
- If you have severe shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, go to the Emergency Department and immediately tell the person at the front desk your symptoms
Please call Cooper before visiting an urgent care, emergency department, or your physician’s office, which will help in preventing the spread the COVID-19 virus.
COVID-19 Testing for Cooper Patients
At this time, Cooper’s lab is not running tests for COVID-19.
However, we are expediting testing for Cooper patients who meet testing criteria and have an order for COVID-19 testing from a Cooper provider. We have created a convenient drive-up location for those Cooper patients to visit to collect samples for testing.
