Combining yoga and core movements of Pilates to create a flowing one hour class. By adding light resistance bands to yoga postures such as Warrior and Chair, we focus on improving balance and upper arm strength. Class includes an opening meditation and closing Savasana. It's the perfect way to begin the weekend!

For both beginning and intermediate students. Experience the mind/body/spirit connection through gentle yoga poses, breath work, and relaxation. Benefits include: increased flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, reduced stress, and a sense of community.

This is an intermediate to advanced class with a yoga warm up (several sun salutations) and interval training that will focus on every muscle in your body. Please wear sneakers.

This beginner-friendly/intermediate calorie-burning class consists of cardio movements combined with sculpting and core work to strengthen your muscles. Bring a mat and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Must be able to get up and down from the floor.

A mind/body practice composed of gentle, flowing movements to enhance your energy, balance, and joint flexibility. This tai chi class, rooted in sun-style tai chi, is suitable for beginners and people with arthritis. It can be practiced standing or seated in a chair. You will learn a short tai chi form that you can also practice at home.

Mat Pilates mixed with upper body toning exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Core muscles, back, and lower body (legs) will also be engaged, making this one-hour workout well worth your time! Bring a mat and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.

An intermediate yoga class which flows lightly into each pose. This class will energize you as well as strengthen your bones and muscle.

This class is for the beginner/intermediate yogi who is still learning poses and developing their practice. This class will bring you peace and calm all day long.
