Rutgers University–Camden will hold four commencement ceremonies on Thursday, May 23. The expected increase in area traffic is likely to cause delays on roads leading to Cooper University Hospital and Three Cooper Plaza. The graduation ceremonies will be held between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., so traffic congestion can be expected throughout the day on Cooper Street in Camden, as well as Route 676 and the Admiral Wilson Boulevard.
