My philosophy is to give the care I want to receive. Living with diabetes for 47 years has taught me that the more I know about diabetes, the easier it is to navigate the ups and downs. I do my best to stay on the cutting edge of technology, such as insulin pumps, CGMs (continuous glucose monitors), glucose meters, phone apps, smart pens, and other insulin delivery devices, that enhance the lives of those living with diabetes, and to share that knowledge with my patients. I try to meet my patients where they are, and encourage them forward in their quest for a healthier, happier, long life, living with diabetes.
