This was my first visit. I scheduled it by phone .without a referral and the receptionist was very patient with my hearing disability. The receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant and the waiting time notably short. The lady who took initial information in the exam room did so quickly and in a friendly manner. Both Nicole and the audiologist were very informative, answered all my questions and provided a clear plan forward with the possible treatment options. An excellent experience throughout.

I routinely schedule an appointment with Nicole Dragun - quarterly I have my ears checked and cleaned as I wear 2 hearing aids and wax tends to accumulate in my ears. Nicole is an EXCELLENT provider.
