Margie Outler
MARGARET OUTLER, CMPE
Vice President of Ambulatory Operations

Ms. Outler serves as Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at Cooper University Health Care based in Camden, New Jersey. The Ambulatory Operations department consists of 70 medical practice locations, employing more than 700 team members supporting providers in 75 specialties. In her role, Margie is responsible for collaborating with health system leadership, providers, and staff to ensure high-quality, safe, effective, and efficient operations throughout the ambulatory enterprise.

Margie has more than 35 years of experience in health care and has held progressive leadership roles in health care operations including hospital finance, productivity management, and physician practice leadership. Prior to joining Cooper, Margie held various roles at the Medical Group at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Kennedy Health System (currently Jefferson Health New Jersey). She presently serves on the Board of the New Jersey Medical Group Management Association.

Margie achieved an executive leadership certificate from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and is a graduate of Georgetown University.
