This was actually the first time I saw Dr. Palumbo, but I am a patient of a few doctors at Cooper. Every single one of them is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, friendly, etc… All the things a patient would want in a doctor. I am so grateful that Dr. Palumbo diagnosed my ankle issue quickly, and allayed my concerns. I thought he was terrific.

I'm very pleased at getting a quick appointment and then seen quickly when I arrive at the office.

He was very, very helpful, telling me and letting me know what's going on with me, understanding, he's listening, and definitely give back motivated feedback. Need more just like him.

Everyone there, from the reception area, X-ray tech and medical assistant were very pleasant, polite and very professional. Dr Palumbo also, very professional and I feel very comfortable having him to help me. Thank you all!

Everyone, from the people at the desk where you check in to the person who did weight, BP,etc., to the xray technician, to the woman at checkout were wonderful. I could not ask for a better healthcare visit experience. Steven Palumbo is calming, not rushed, explains things well, is receptive to questions, cares about your comfort (I had a Bakers cyst drained and two cortisone injections). He discussed options for next steps and made it clear that it is my choice.
