Pamela Ladu
PAMELA LADU
Vice President, Institute Strategy for Adult Health, Women's and Children's, and Urban Health Institutes

Ms. Ladu serves as the strategic and operational leader for the Adult Health Institute, Women’s and Children’s Institute, and Urban Health Institute. In this role, she is responsible for the service, quality, people, finance, and growth of the institutes to drive performance and the exceptional Cooper experience. Ms. Ladu was most recently assistant vice president of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Cooper.

She started her health care career at the Robert Wood Johnson Health System in 2002 and has held progressive leadership roles before joining Cooper in 2013. She currently serves as a board member for the Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey and AllCare Health Alliance ACO.

Ms. Ladu graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and earned her master of business administration at University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
