Vice President, Cooper Care Alliance and Population Health

Ms. Nice’s strategies maximize innovation, outreach engagement, research, and education throughout Cooper’s care continuum. She builds partnerships for value-based care to deliver high value, sustainable health care with lower cost to the patient. These collaborations include specialty, hospital medicine, and primary care providers practicing in acute, ambulatory, and post-acute settings. Ms. Nice advances solutions that address community initiatives including social determinants of health and formulate creative methods to afford patients access to high quality care. This ensures that as the health care delivery model evolves, Cooper stays at the forefront of population health. 

Ms. Nice brings 30 years of experience to Cooper University Health Care as a nationally recognized health care executive with a proven ability to positively impact operations, cost, and quality outcomes.  Prior to joining Cooper, Ms. Nice led teams for value-based care initiatives as managing director at Evolent Health. Preceding that Ms. Nice was the executive director for Population Health at Indiana University Health Care and the IU Health Plan serving the state of Indiana with more than 19 hospitals. Early in her career Ms. Nice led worldwide customer service, biologic, and IT teams for multinational diagnostic companies to accelerate delivery of products to market.

She graduated from Purdue University and received a master of science in immunology from the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
