The Healthy Weigh: A 6-Week Program for Weight Management
The Healthy Weigh is more than a weight loss program. Whether your goals are to lose weight or simply improve your and your family’s eating habits, Angela Shaw, DTR, will help you meet your health and lifestyle needs in a compassionate and supportive environment. You will lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, increase energy, as well as lose those pounds and inches at one of our classes in Cherry Hill and Voorhees, New Jersey.
The Healthy Weigh will also decrease your risk of sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, gastrointestinal disorders and some cancers. The Healthy Weigh is ‘doctor recommended’ and is based on the American Dietetic Association’s guidelines for weight management. In this dynamic 6-week program, you will:
- Receive a personalized meal plan designed just for you based on your medical conditions, taste preferences, and lifestyle.
- Discover a proven approach to lifelong weight control without any special foods or supplements but with foods you’ll enjoy.
- Plan and prepare delicious meals in a refreshingly simple and quick manner.
- Learn to make better food choices in the supermarket or when dining out.
Our program offers optional weekly support classes for weigh-ins and menu planning ideas as well as food market tours with Angela Shaw, DTR.

Angela Shaw, DTR
Angela Shaw is an individual and group educator on nutrition, weight loss, and healthy lifestyle for Cooper University Hospital. Angela developed and implemented The Healthy Weigh program in 1992 and continues to help people achieve their healthy living goals with tremendous enthusiasm.
Francine Grabowski, MS, RD, CDE
Francine Grabowski has provided diabetes training for over 20 years. In addition to her commitment to patients, she also educates doctors and nurses. The author of two books, The Best Diet on Earth and Low Fat Living for Real People, Francine is an expert on coaching people to make lifestyle changes for excellent diabetes care.
