Lisa Morina, a business executive with more than 20 years of experience in health care, government, and community outreach, is Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer. Morina joined Cooper from Jefferson Health, where she served as a key member of the executive team, most recently as vice president of government and external relations.

Ms. Morina served with Jefferson Health since 2013 in a variety of leadership roles including change management, cultural transformation, marketing, and external communications as the health system (formerly Kennedy Health System) merged with Thomas Jefferson University/Jefferson Health of Philadelphia. Previously, Ms. Morina was director of economic and business development for the Gloucester County government responsible for business growth, cultivating job creation and retention, tourism, block grants, and workforce development activities among other duties.

A graduate of Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ, Ms. Morina has a master’s degree in organization leadership from Cabrini College, Radnor Township, PA. She is a board member of Acenda Integrated Health, a behavioral health and community-based social services agency; the First Harvest Credit Union; the Southern NJ Development Council; and the KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy. She also served on the government relations and policy development committees at the New Jersey Hospital Association and the NJHA HealthPAC board.
