I went to Dr. Shah for a consultation about my gall bladder. In the conversation, I was pleasantly surprised. I worked in health care and I am familiar with protocol. She is a consummate professional. I am seriously contemplating transferring my husband and myself to her care.

I was really glad that there was telehealth available. I had some cold symptoms so I was asked to go back to my car. My in-person appt. was then converted to a televisit, which worked out well. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule for another day & was able to communicate with my doctor from my car.

Had previously received a positive test result for a mail in colonoscopy test. Needed to have a regular colonoscopy test to confirm results. Dr. Shah understood the need of the colonoscopy and ordered/scheduled it immediately!
