Dr. Ross is hands down the best provider in the Burlington office. Her bedside manner is amazing. She is personable, professional and truly cares for her patients. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful medical professional and person. She always treats me with respect, patience, and kindness. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard, comfortable, respected, and validated. She shows concern for my physical and emotional health. I wish more providers were like her.

Dr Ross listened carefully and tentatively to what I had to say regarding my concerns. She showed not only sympathy but empathy for my situation. She assessed what was needed for my health needs and was able to provide me with a great outcome that provided me with a good piece of mind. I am forever grateful.
