I find joy in the lifelong learning that medical practice embodies. Originally, I fell in love with internal medicine because of my love for human physiology and pathophysiology. Now as an educator and practicing internist, I derive great pleasure from helping my patients and residents understand those same concepts. I feel especially passionate about breaking concepts down and simplifying them so they are at the appropriate level for any given learner.
