Dr. Flannery was very friendly and this was the most pleasant doctor's visit I have ever had. She was well prepared and had already reviewed my medical history and past test results before seeing me. She clearly explained each of the related test results to me, additional tests needed to be done as well as potential treatments in a way that I could understand. She is an excellent doctor!

I was really pleased with my visit. Even prior to my appointment, the front desk and nursing staff who contacted me for reminders and questions were compassionate and clear with their instructions. They took my concerns and questions seriously and helped me communicate that to Jennifer Flannery. I always appreciate when the general staff repeatedly checks in to make sure all my needs are met. What I appreciated most about Dr. Flannery was the time she allowed for me to explain my concerns and questions; she also had a strong understanding on my condition and asked thorough follow up questions. She provided me a very clear explanation of potential treatment strategies and best next steps. I would certainly recommend this location for gastroenterologists.
