Confirm Drupal 8 is the desired CMS? Intro seems more open to other systems

Drupal 8 is not required; however, cooperhealth.org and cooperhealth.edu are currently built in Drupal 8.

Why HIPPA compliance? Are you planning on storing user data?

This is not required, as no patient data will be collected or stored.

Requirements for how many former versions of browsers need to be tested?

IE 10 and forward. Other browsers two versions back.

What type of social media integration is desired?

To pull in feeds from Foundation’s Twitter and Facebook accounts and to allow sharing of website content to individuals’ social media accounts.

Define what is meant by: The system shall support the ability to create text-based alerts and reminders for mobile devices    

Text messages.

Regarding: Numerous standalone subsidiary sites underneath, such as personal fundraising sites. Any idea how many? Will they all use the same basic template?

There would be one template per event type (walk, fundraising event). Number of sites within each template would depend on event size/number of participants.

Why do you need a DBA?

We would require an NDA (non-disclosure agreement), not a DBA.

Will the content be changing at all?

Yes, website content will continually be updated and new information added

Can you give an example of “content collections” regarding the requirement that "The system shall have the ability to publish content collections to one or more pages via a central content repository."

Examples include events and stories from blog that could be published on (tagged to) multiple pages but controlled from a central repository

This is not required

Will credit card information be collected and stored?

Not on the website. All credit card information will be entered in Blackbaud NetCommunity, through forms that are displayed on the website..

What exactly will need to be integrated into Raiser’s Edge?

The website will need to integrate with our on-line credit card processing system Blackbaud NetCommunity. When the donor clicks on a DONATE NOW button there would need to be seamless integration into the Blackbaud NetCommunity donation form where the credit card processing would be done.
