
Ms. Ziegler serves as the Assistant Vice President of Nursing Operations, providing oversight of adult Critical Care, Trauma Admitting, Trauma Stepdown, Trauma Med-Surg, Inpatient Oncology, and the Vascular Access team. In this role, she is dedicated to driving operational excellence and advancing quality outcomes across the continuum of care.
With over 30 years of nursing and health care experience, Ms. Ziegler has held diverse clinical and leadership positions spanning emergency, progressive care, critical care, and oncology settings. Since 2016, she has served as the Clinical Director of Roberts Pavilion 5 Oncology/Hematology, where she has led numerous initiatives resulting in improved patient outcomes and experience. Notably, she played a key role in the development and successful launch of Cooper’s Advanced Cellular Therapy and Bone Marrow Transplant Programs.
Miriam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and an active member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Family College.
