Downside: Our appointment (seeing the doctor) was 45 minutes late. Upside: Dr Biehler is terrific, thorough, friendly, considerate and worth the wait.

This was my very 1st appt that was schedule back in Dec/Jan as a second opinion. I was not happy with previous specialist and was looking to replace. Dr Bierler was phenomenal. Asked a lot of questions to get an understanding on how/what I was feeling. He offered a game plan with realistic goals to strive for in the future. It gave me much needed peace of mind.

Dr was over an hour late. He was covering for my regular physician who is on maternity leave. Instead of just a check up, he wasted even more of my time going through my entire history! Good thing I had the rest of the day off. I trust Dr Rivera and don't appreciate another doctor questioning what she's done. She's made me feel 100% better in the 16 months I've been seeing her.
