Phone system is a mess. I was called the day before my appointment to be cancelled because we were not new patients. I was going b/c of highly elevated blood pressure. Went to the office to get in next day. THEY were accommodating. Your phone people will get you sued one day.

Had trouble making an appointment, took an appointment for the next day, asked if I could possibly get one the day I was calling, someone said they would call me back, no one did, then found out my time for the next day was given to someone else , came in person to the office and explained what happened and they were able to Shuffle things around and I talked to the doctor that same day , so thankful they were able to accommodate me. ALL the trouble I had was not with the office staff, they were GREAT, all my problems were with the corporate phone tree and being passed from one person to the next, I made a total Of 4 calls and after the last one. Found my original appt time was given to someone else? Thanks fur listening
