I walked in to the office as an emergency.No appointment. So whatever wait time I had it is not important as I was told that I would be able to be seen right then in there and not having to come back. All in all the wait time was negligible. I was seen within the hour.

Staff handled a situation where an older woman had came in building without a mask fully on and had stated that she was COVID-19 positive. I felt the staff of the building handled it well.
