Dr. Shilling listened to my concerns and he addressed them. I've heard nothing but great things about him and he seems to be living up to them.
Dr. John Lowe & Dr. Shilling is the best doctors I seen at Cooper. I am very satisfied with their care.
Always a good experience at Dr. Shillings office!
Dr. Shilling never rushes me when we are discussing my issues. He is compassionate and gives me the best advice for my situation.
Dr. Shilling is amazing.
Dr. shilling is the rare surgeon who is great at what he does with compassion and empathy.
Dr. Shilling gave me painless gel knee injections and discussed and answered all questions related to my one-year hip replacement x-rays and other joint issues I have been having. He spent as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. In addition, Jennifer Koengetter assisted me in getting ready for my pre and post appointment with Dr. Shilling in her usual competent and compassionate manner. Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Shilling's appointments.
There was no bad experiences at all. We met with Dr. Shilling for the 1st time. And were very comfortable right away. He will be doing my surgery.
Everyone was very pleasant, the X-ray team came and got me from waiting area and got me started that was nice. I liked that process, it made it smoother. I didn't have to go in a room and change go to X-ray then back to the room. So perfect execution. Dr. Shilling is always proficient and caring.
My experiences with this provider and his PA were pleasant and very informative.
Dr. Shilling is always pleasant, considerate, willing to listen.
