The medical assistants were courteous and professional. Dr. Richmond explained her rationale for my treatment plan. She was thorough in her exam and listened attentively to my concerns.

Dr. Jessica Richmond was amazing and is now my new Primary Care Physician. I have recommended her to both of my daughters. I feel blessed to have her as my new doctor. Everyone in the group was very kind.

I am so blessed to have my current doctor as my primary physician. She cares, listens and take time to explain what she is doing and answers my question with good information to go back with.

Very happy that my appt was upheld at the agreed-upon time. Both Dr. Richmond and the staff were very efficient and friendly to speak to. I was content with how thorough the staff at Cooper in Collingswood was with my wellness concerns & needs.
