I have been to this office since 2015. I see Jessie Dotson usually every time. She is very attentive in office and if ever I have a phone question I always have a great experience. They treat me well and respectful.

I didn't see Dotson I seen another APN. She was very helpful

APN Dotson seemed very knowledgeable of the type of conditions I had as well as possible means to ease the pain. As knowledgeable as she is, what really stood out to me was the amount of time she just listened. Lastly, she is the first medical professional, in the Cooper system, to offer me opioids (I did not take any) but it made me feel like she cared about my comfort. I have been in the Cooper system for several years and have seen several doctors, PAs, and nurses and up until APN Dotson, no one offered me something powerful enough to take away or at least reduce my pain level.
