About Me
Dr. Hurley is the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program Director at Cooper University Hospital. She completed her podiatric medical school training at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Hurley completed her residency training at Aria Jefferson Health in Northeast Philadelphia, and served as chief resident during her final year. She received extensive training in reconstructive surgery of complex foot and ankle deformities, including joint replacement of the foot and ankle, trauma, and limb salvage. Dr. Hurley is board certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Ankle Surgery. She is a Fellow of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Hurley is an Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
Dr. Hurley has always been interested in academia and enjoys teaching residents. She is actively involved in research and coordinates resident participation in research. She has had several papers published in peer-reviewed journals and she currently serves as a peer reviewer for the trauma section of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Hurley has lectured at local, regional, and national conferences on multiple topics related to foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Hurley sees patients in Marlton and Camden. She specializes in the surgical management of foot and ankle deformities including bunion and hammertoe correction, flatfeet, tendon and ligament injuries, and management of arthritic joints.
