I originally went to the wrong building in the Cooper complex and the receptionist took the time out of her day to walk me over to the correct office. All staff and personnel were kind, caring, patient, and compassionate.

I was completely satisfied with my treatment by the staff, and Dr Reid was extremely concerned with my condition and eager to resolve ANY issues to achieve a positive outcome.I feel EXTREMELY confident In her.

My visit with Dr. Reid on [Date] was very informative and helpful. This appointment was on my birthday, and I was glad to have spent this time talking with her. Dr. Reid made me feel relieved. She gave me the information I needed about my situation, so I could understand what needed to be done next. She was GREAT.

Great all the way around!! Dr Reid was running late and they came out and informed us. Things happen. Dr Reid apologized three times to me.. I told her it happens. I know you would take extra time with me if I needed it. They informed us and thats what made it fine!! !
