The medical assistant was very sweet and she assured me that I was safe. I came in crying and very emotional about a situation that happened prior and she just was very kind and empathetic about her approach and tender words. I felt safe and comforted after she helped me. Thank you! Please let her know that she really helped me in a time of need and was able to redirect me positively.
