Dr Frank is the absolute best! She spent our time together interacting with me and not on the computer! Her examination was thorough and understood exactly what I was saying. It's rare to find such a good doctor so quickly who can work with my schedule for testing and follow ups. I work in a primary care office and have already recommended her to patients and my doctors for referrals. One of the best doctors I have seen yet!

I was very impressed with everyone from front desk, MA to physician. The doctor showed empathy. Front desk made sure we understood what to do next and how to get in touch with them if we needed help with anything.

Overall, I enjoyed visiting Dr. Frank for GI issues because she took the time to let me explain my problems and concerns including the fact that I wanted natural ways and not just medication because my ENT doctor (not a Cooper doctor) gives me medications that I tried and he keeps giving me more not letting me get the treatment I want knowing I require surgery. Dr. Frank is great with listening, understanding, and even suggesting better ways for my health, she even cared to let me decide what I wanted to do as a treatment aside medication which I really appreciated because that was a first time a doctor actually listened to a patient's needs.
