The staff was very informative, very polite, very timely. And Shanna Sowell, our nurse practitioner we saw, was fantastic, had great interpersonal skills. She was very upbeat and did a good deal of psychoeducation and teaching. My mother, who is 90 years old, about her problems, she definitely took her time with her also and gave her a good review of systems. I'm a nurse practitioner myself and I thought Shanna did a great job with her endocrine visit. Thank you. Bye-bye.
