CGCAHPS is a scientific, standardized survey tool to measure your perceptions of care provided by physicians in our doctors’ offices. CGCAHPS surveys focus on asking you whether or how often you experienced critical aspects of health care, including communication with your doctors, understanding your medication instructions, and the coordination of your health care needs. Physicians earn credit only when you give a most favorable response. This means patients like you say these providers performed exactly the way they expected!
The CGCAHPS survey is more than rating your doctor. It also allows you to share your comments of your office visit. You might notice doctors are not only experts at what they do, but they also communicate in a most courteous and effective way – so that YOU are comfortable and confident about YOUR health.
