They were very kind, considerate of my hand needs, and I really appreciated them being so understanding to how my hand was feeling. Very nice. Lovely. Lovely people. Thank you.

It was so hard to schedule an appointment! He was in the the ER ON FRIDAY , and the er Dr said said to have him seen by Friday . Well I called Monday , then Tuesday which the scheduler said I talked to the office manager they will be calling you …nope ! So I called Wednesday morning got the same response that they talked to office manager . So when I got home from work at 5pm on Wednesday I talked to another scheduler and she was so nice , I told her that I've been calling for a couple days , she said I'll schedule an appointment! Like really why didn't the other people ? Very frustrating, so now my grandson has to deal with a broken hand for two weeks before surgery ! Not realistic !
