My experience overall was incredibly positive. Everyone over the phone when it came to scheduling was polite, was kind and sweet, and that just made me feel good even before I even entered into the building or even showed up for my appointment. So the ladies were wonderful on the phone. The ladies at the front desk were courteous, friendly. I just enjoyed being around them and they were just so happy and kind and that made a big difference. And then my doctor, he was very knowledgeable. He took the time out to listen to me. I felt heard. I felt as though he really cared about what was going on and I learned a lot from the appointment. I thought he was an excellent doctor and I could not be any happier with him. As far as his nurse, I thought that he
