Colorectal Surgery

Cooper’s colorectal surgeons diagnose and treat a full range of colorectal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, and colorectal cancer.

Maternal Fetal Medicine

The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program at Cooper provides expert, high-quality care for mothers and babies with high-risk and low-risk conditions.

If you are a high-risk mother, the Cooper maternal-fetal medicine specialist will work closely with your obstetrician to develop a plan of care tailored to your personal needs and medical history. Although you may see the maternal-metal medicine specialist several times during your pregnancy, your obstetrician will continue to manage your pregnancy and deliver your baby (in most cases). Your maternal-fetal medicine specialist may consult with a neonatologist—a pediatrician who cares for newborns with special medical needs—before the delivery to make sure all necessary services are in place.

Pulmonary and Interventional Pulmonary Medicine

Pulmonary Medicine specialists at Cooper treat disorders of the lung, including chronic diseases such as emphysema and asthma and acute pulmonary problems like pneumonia. Psychiatry and Behavioral Health

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Cooper offers inpatient treatment, outpatient care, crisis evaluation, and agency consultation. Our team consists of board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers.

Within the Children's Regional Hospital, our staff treat a wide range of child and adolescent problems, including those related to mother-infant bonding, psychosomatic illnesses, post-traumatic stress disorders, and psycho-physiological disorders. Psychological testing and treatment are available for children from infancy through adolescence.

Thoracic Surgery

The Division of Thoracic Surgery at Cooper is South Jersey’s  leader in the treatment of diseases of the lungs and chest. Our providers specialize in non-cardiac thoracic diseases and disorders including pulmonary lesions, lung cancer, esophageal disease, mediastinal masses, thymoma, myasthenia gravis, chest wall diseases, pleural effusions, hyperhidrosis, and other thoracic diseases.

Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
